Leaslee Willis Neff
Leaslee Willis Neff received a Master of Elementary Education from Eastern New Mexico University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas Tech University. She became a member of the Texas Association Teachers of Dance in 2004 and is certified in the discipline of Tap.
Leaslee is Director of the Tap program at The Studio+. She teaches tap, ballet and acrobatics from beginning to advanced levels. Leaslee’s extensive dance training and teaching extends more than 40 years. She received dance training in Wisconsin, Texas, Kansas, Kentucky, and New Mexico. In addition to her work at TATD, she has attended the National Association of Dance in America in Chicago, IL and Dance Masters Association in both Texas and Oklahoma. For the 11 years prior to joining the staff at The Studio+, she trained and taught with the Alcorn Academy of Dance.
Leaslee has taught elementary education in the Roswell Public Schools for 23 years. Currently, she is a Kindergarten teacher at Berrendo Elementary. She and her husband, Edsel, have been married for 26 years. They have three children. Chris, 22 and Alycia,18 who are both currently enrolled at Texas Tech University, and Cameron 10. Their family is active in Christ’s Church in Roswell, NM.
